What we collect

• Account: name, username, email address and mobile number you provide at sign-up, and a password stored only as a hash.
• Licence: the plan, its dates, and the device identifier the key was activated on.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive a payment reference and status, never your full card number.
• Operational logs: sign-in attempts and actions taken in your account, kept to secure the service and to meet tax obligations.

What stays on your machine

Your portfolios, trade journal, broker data and reports are stored in a local database on your own device. They are not uploaded as part of using the desktop application.

Why we hold it

To provide the licence you bought, to support you when something breaks, to prevent abuse, and to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to process a purchase) and our email provider (to send licence keys, invoices and password resets). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and licence records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as tax law requires. Invoices are retained for the statutory period.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for the account to be closed through Support.

One session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are set on this site.
