A licence to use the Daksh desktop application for the period stated on the plan you purchase. The licence is activated on a device and is personal to the account that bought it.
You receive a right to use the software, not ownership of it. You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the application or your licence key.
You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees including GST where stated. A licence is created only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Renewal is not automatic unless a plan says it is; you can renew at any time.
Daksh is a desktop application and continues to work offline while the licence is valid. Account, purchase and download functions require an internet connection.
Daksh is an analysis and record-keeping tool. It does not provide investment advice, does not place orders, and does not hold client funds. You are responsible for your own decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the current licence period.
These terms may change for future purchases. The version in force when you bought your licence governs that licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh (09) have jurisdiction.
