Cancel any time

You can stop a licence from renewing at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

A licence key is delivered immediately on payment, which means the product is supplied at once. Refund requests are handled case by case:

• If a payment was taken and no licence was issued, it is refunded in full.
• If the same order was charged twice, the duplicate is refunded in full.
• If the application cannot run on your device and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the current period.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to ask

Write to Support with your invoice number and the email you bought with. We reply within the period stated on the support page.

What is not refundable

Periods already used, and licences revoked for sharing a key beyond the seats the plan allows.

◻ OWNER — decide the refund window (for example: within 7 days of purchase, unused) and the reply time you can commit to. Both are business promises, so they are left for you rather than invented here.
